Located at 4165 Cushing Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538, Teo Chow Noodle Shack operates as a chinese restaurant serving Fremont in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Fremont; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Fremont is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Traffic in Fremont peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I came here for a meal with friends a few months ago. Seeing this business today prompted me to write a review. The whole dining area is tidy and well‑maintained. The atmosphere is cozy with soft lighting. Food quality is consistent and really delicious. The service is also pleasant. My whole visit was very enjoyable. I would love to come back sometime and recommend this restaurant.

Sooooo glad they are now open till 7:30pm (versus 7pm) so I can pilgrimage here after a long day at work. Their wanton noodle soup is top tier; get it with everything (roast duck, char siu, shrimp, fish balls, pork slices, minced pork, and liver). It so hits the spot. The quantity is filling. Excellent mini sauce bar - three different types of chilis to spice things up. I have yet to try their chow fun and fried rice … but from what I’ve seen others have ordered, also god tier … the wok hei aura at this place is strong.

I have dined at this hotel several times, and the food is excellent. However, the person working at the reception behaved very poorly with me. I was free today and decided to visit, but the way he treated me was terrible—his behavior wasn't even 1% acceptable. He showed absolutely no regard for the fact that I was a customer; he simply doesn't know how to speak to people properly.

Was in the area and decided to give it a try due to the reviews. Sorry, but big disappointment here. Food was OK - ordered the Duck wonton noodle soup. This was overpriced given the salty one-note flavor and small portion. Also service is non-existent - you order on the tablet (or your phone) and the guy brings food to your table after hollering your name. Utensils are self-serve, I couldn't find any free water. Decor is mid at best. Not sure why this place gets all these great reviews. I think Fremont folks (or maybe across street Tesla employees) are starving for simple Chinese food. Head down to Milpitas (or over to Cupertino/SJ) for better offerings.

Stopped here for a quick lunch with a friend, and have to say it was excellent. The noodles were great, soup broth excellent, and duck was flavourful and very tender. I've been looking for places that do great wonton soup and duck and looks live I've found one! I'll be back here for sure 😊 I've heard you can also order a whole duck to take home, same with their wontons and soup - so you could have it at home which sounds like a great idea! Their iced tea was very nice too actually, I don't usually go for iced tea but this was a good one, and I'd order it again.
